A ceremony of presenting state awards to cultural figures took place in Baku

In accordance with the relevant decrees of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, a solemn ceremony was held in Baku in connection with the awarding of honorary titles, orders and medals to a group of culture and art figures.

The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan presented Shohrat Order to the People’s Artist, composer Eldar Mansurov. The composer expressed his gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for the high value given to his creative activity in the field of music.
